Limited Liability Company "A-2" was founded in May 1990 in the city of Yerevan on the basis of the Yerevan Branch of the Central Scientific Research Institute "AGAT", which was one of the leading scientific centers of the military-industrial complex of the former USSR. 1980-90. "AGAT" created a special computer and operating systems for a special computer. The general customer was the USSR Ministry of Court Industry, for which diagnostic equipment and simulators for submarines were developed.
